Little Diggers Dirt Work is the result of a God-given vision planted in Matthew’s heart. This is a dream to build something of his own, to serve others with integrity, and to carry forward the work ethic modeled by his late father, Garry.

With 19 years of hands-on experience, Matthew has become a trusted expert in his field. From final finish work on graders and dozers to operating excavators with precision and pride, he’s known for showing up, working hard, and getting the job done right. This isn’t just a job to him, it’s the calling God placed on his life, one that is prayed over, planned with purpose, and launched with faith.

In the final season of Garry’s life, father and son shared the dream and laid the groundwork together. Garry’s influence runs deep… not just in Matthew’s skill, but in his grit, humility, and heart for honest work. Though Garry isn’t physically here to see it come to life, his legacy is built into everything this company touches.

Little Diggers Dirt Work is also backed by the faith and investment of Debbie, Garry’s wife and Matthew’s mom, whose belief in this vision continues to propel it forward. Matthew is supported by his wife Danielle, prayer partner, business administrator, and the boots-on-the-ground of the books. Together with the investment, prayers, and encouragement of his in-laws, his sister and her family, this is truly a legacy-built business, standing on faith, fueled by integrity, and rooted in purpose.
